My wife & I have been living here since April 2020 and we absolutely love both the unit and the neighborhood. It feels very safe to go for a walk both night & day and it’s a centralized location to everything - 5 minute drive to grocery stores, Walmart/Home Depot, restaurants etc. The home itself feels up to date with fresh paint & new flooring (with plans to put in granite countertop!) and is also pest-free! Units will vary at the moment but you can literally get a big home with a front & back yard, plenty of parking space & a storage shed for the price of a small apartment in San Bernardino county. In addition, this community is one of the most pet friendly in SoCal. If you are looking to move to Ridgecrest, Desert Oasis Community is the place to be!
