I replaced 3 new coolers on some of the units in the compound. This place is just like any other, it's what you make of it. The owners seem to care about the tenant in that they are on top of any maintenance that needs to be done. I use to live her back in the early 70's. And it still looks the same from what I remember. Although it's not looking it's age.
