I have lived here since 2018 and have loved every minute of it. I love all the office staff and maintenance crew as well. If ever I have a problem they are right on top of it. This isn't just an Apartment, it's a home. Yes I've had some noisy neighbors at times but that is something that just comes with Apartment life. The grounds are kept clean and mowed regularly and there is a Casey's right next door. Remember your home is what you make it so take pride in it. I hope you give Avendale Pointe a try, tell em I sent ya!!!
