I worked with property manager to set up the online method of paying rent for a family member who has lived at the Meadow Park apartments for over ten years. Communicating with her by email, the manager immediately replied with the information needed. She gave me a detailed, friendly response. I needed her help several more times and felt like a pest. She, again and again, quickly replied and each time made me feel my needs were important. After successfully getting the online rent in place, I asked her help with something else. She continued to quickly reply and give me information that contained multiple options I could use to do what I needed. The Manager is exactly the kind of person you hope to work with as a manager.
