My most favorite thing about this place is the STUNNING views of South West Tucson. The Apex Apartments Events are well planned and executed. I love the ease of having easy access to downtown Tucson. The apartments themselves are spacious with high ceilings and updated amenities. The leasing staff are so great to work with, I frequently stop down just to say hi and visit. Maintenance is completed same day or next, I have never had an issue or delay. I have invited multiple friends to live here, who have ended up also signing leases. As far as the cost- best bang for your buck on the South Side hands down. I will be staying here indefinitely.
