I had a very good experience working with my agent. I'm going into college this fall and have to move out. Dorms, apartments, and rental houses all ended up being around the same price, so I started to look more into rental houses since they were ending up cheaper. I called about a few houses and then got a message from the manager. She has been the best. Since this is the first time I'm on the search, I had lots of questions. The manager has been so extremely patient and helpful. She follows up, and is also negotiable and kind. She always gives very clear answers that made me feel good about leasing. The original house I was looking at, I wasn't able to get because I didn't have enough roommates. She continued to follow up and ask if I had found a place. Her willingness to work with me has made my experience very nice. I'm still on the hunt, but I really hope I can work it out with Casa Bonita since management was so awesome.
