This complex is a true diamond in the rough. Having resided here for over a year, the changes so far are excellent. Our new manager is excellent. Taking steps to clean up and keep this residence is not easy. My wife and I are happy here! We are glad for the improvements Rochelle makes here on a daily basis. Being safe and comfortable where you live should be important to everyone-yet many are not willing to see it is a two way street. Everyone that lives here can help, this used to be a place where people used to get drugs and a hangout for the homeless. Now these folks find other places to be. My wife and I are grateful. Thank you.
